Our stay kicked off well with a delightful start, but it quickly took a turn for the worse as we experienced an unexpected water leak the last night. While the location is fantastic and the other facilities were decent, the lack of proper response during our emergency was frustrating, and the overall handling of our issues left much to be desired.
